Brian M made the journey from Scotland to the VBOA Rally and he was a proud as a peacock to have even made it to the rally so that alone made his weekend but things soon got even better for Brian when his very smart Astra GTE mk1 was voted the 'best car on the VODC stand' by other members of the VODC, which made Brian almost speechless! As his car was the winner of the 'best car on the VODC stand, Brian was asked to take his car into the arena to be judged for one of the VBOA trophies. To the sheer delight of Brian and everyone else in the VODC, Brian was awarded the Treasurers cup for the best post 1975 car so big congratulations to Brian and thanks for bringing your Astra along to show to us all.
