I got my car nearly 2 months ago now and it had the dvd 800 system fitted but they gave me the manual for the cd300. Obviously went back and asked for the correct one but after searching every car on the forecourt they couldnt find one so said they would order one.

Went back today (2 months later) as I still havnt recieved it and they said "noone who bought an insignia with the DVD800 system got a manual so they are all on back order, it should be here soon. Its taken so long as so many are or order". Did anyone get the manual or was my nose not decieving me and i was infact smelling bull S***?

I know there is a soft copy on here to download and I do know how to use it all now, I just want it out of principle! 25k = I want the book!! :mad:

Yip, Dealer giving you the run around. I got a manual with mine.

Finally got the manual today! Thicker than I thought it would be but think i know how to work all the features now - we will see!!
