Promised date at dealers 9/9/09 (hey - just noticed that sounds good, but not as quite good as 06/06/09, the date I was supposed to get it.)

Why are we limiting it to eight members who are waiting for their cars. Would it not be much more fun if Vauxhall contributed to the forum, under the freedom of information act and let us all know how many people are waiting and how long people are waiting and when they are likely to eventually get their Insignia's.

order 02april promised delivery in july... just got a call from my Vx dealer and got my chassis number and told should have it before 9th september. (chassis numberis a big thing for me, it means i can start registering the car) apparantly its starting " the last event in building"

My old cars selling at the weekend so my work are getting me a temporary car till my Insignia comes ( i ave to drive for work so they are gonna hire me a car otherwise i said i cant come to work) lol They said that its gonna be a vauxhall, the hire firm are delivering it tomorrow, wonder what it will be. Im using Drive Vauxhall from Aldershot, they seem to be a fairly major chain. They arent exacty on the ball with keeping me upto date with whats going on, but overall no major dramas.
