Just had this e-mail come through which may be of interest to Insignia owners.........
Despite having only just hit the highways and by-ways of the UK, Vauxhall’s new Insignia is already causing quite a stir amongst fans of the fabled Griffin.
True to form, chassis gurus Eibach have already developed, tested and released a fully TUV’d Prokit chassis upgrade for the new car.
Using their extensive knowledge gained in the gruelling arena of Motorsport, (including holding the current BTCC title with the outgoing Vectra) Eibach have managed to create a kit that retains the comfort designed in by the factory, but with superior response to driver inputs.
Lowering the stock chassis by around 30mm, the Eibach kit works in harmony with the factory dampers to significantly lower the cars centre of gravity, whilst retaining a plush and compliant ride. Steering feel and precision are greatly improved, with the Insignia also benefiting from a far more aggressive stance at the same time.
The kits retail at just £161.74 + VAT and come with an unrivalled 5 year unlimited mileage warranty. Four different kits are available in total, covering each exact requirement for all of the 2WD engine variants. 4WD and Estate kits are currently in the pipeline for release later in the year.
