will have to get a better look. when you see some of the work going into putting these cars back on the road its nothing short of amazing. there are a few project threads would make any grown man cry, taking them on. i feel lucky mine is just cosmetic.

ill put it this way... i was on 2 and a half weeks leave and apart from picking up LJ the cav got my attention, arden blue anyone?

very much so doubt it. but the dead line is well before! depends how easy we take it and how much sanding i do

we'll see, is either a V6 or LET. got the chance of a v6 cheap for mine. would pull the car apart though. sticking to the 1800 for the moment.

its neither a v6 or let. although ill be using a v6 front engine mount... i loved mine as a 1.8 on carb it used to roar like nothing else

if thats a clue mate, its lost on me. lol
i'm quite enjoying driving the cav the way it is. need to sort out the suspension though. handles like a cross channel ferry. Leanne's getting me a kit for christmas, bless her. Hoping i have the SRi 130 skirt kit and apron sorted out. got the calibra leather seats and front door panels for 40 quid, onto wheels just now. there's a set of 18's on the bay but the're in east sussex and local pick up only. too far! looks like 17's from Stoke if i can flog my mountain bike on time

where abouts in east sussex if your in no major hurry i might be able to get my dad to pick them up then when im in the uk in november could meet you half way or you could pick up in south london

cheers for the offer mate but by the time i pick them up it pushes the price up and would be as well finding a more expensive set in Scotland. the ones in stoke have just came up. its cavmando thats selling them. think these would look alright on the Convertible

was looking for at least 17's. if it can't go fast, might as well look good.
put 22's on my Shogun with 305x40's to try and fill the arches.
your insignia looks well with 20's.
