I really like the SRi optional 20" upgrades but as i bought the elite i couldnt have them. Does anyone know if I can buy them as an aftersales upgrade?

And also as the standards on the elite are 18"s and these are 20"s will any changes need to be made to the odometer/speedo etc as it obviously takes longer for a 20" to make a full rotation than it does for an 18"?

If you want the 20" Alloys you will need to uprate your supension, the largest wheel Vauxhall recommend for the elite are the 19" alloys that are an option from new.
If you put the 20" alloys on the ride will be terrible as the suspension is not set up for this type of alloy apparently due to the 35 profile tyres onthe 20".

that shouldn't be a problem at all as long as they fit under your archs they should be ok, it might make your ride more harsh but thats the same on any car if your running on rubber bands

Think ill leave them then!! ;)

If I went for the 19"s would any changes need to be made to the speedo etc?

the disruption to speedo's in minimal mate when changing alloys, with 15's on the nova it puts it faster by 2 mph which is nothing its when you go super big theres a problem

The current size of your 18" are 245/45/R18.
As long as you go with 245/40/R19 there will no change in speedo readings the as the overall diameter of the wheel is only 1mm difference.

Here is a link to a tyre calculator site for you to have a play with:
