I have the power tailgate on the Sports Tourer and am trying to set the height at which it partially opens.
It is supposed to beep when I press and hold the button inside the tailgate but it isn't happening.
I have the switch inside the car set to the 3/4 setting.
Am I missing something?

Try Pressing and holding the button on the tailgate while the tailgate is opening. If this does not work disconnect + reconnect the battery and try it again.

Gave the button pressing a go. Not going to bother with disconnecting the battery as if anything needs me to do that it is obviously a fault. Back to the dealer next week I think.

Gave it another go tonight and finally got it working. Didn't do anything different from the other 4 times so it's obviously a bit temperamental. At least it's set now so won't have to worry about it again.
