clean and tidy car will need some attention on wheel arches but nothing horrific lol

Well, it appears to be your car on there (going by the description and numberplate) - is someone trying to sell it on your behalf on that site? Ad dated 1st July 2009. Username on VCCC forum is "jetlag", Martin Dew.

I am Phil Scrivener, who owned it in 2003, by the way.

im aware of that mate,i bought it off martin who bought it off you but it is not my advert and he should have removed it on 3rd of july when he sold me the car

Ok, no problem, sorry for the confusion - just trying to help with the sale.

I will modify the posting on the VCCC forum for you - I don't think Martin has been on it since he put that ad on.

yeah thanks very much and much appreciated. im hoping i might be able to keep it as ive put alot of time and money into it the past month but im suffering from the credit crunch like most ppl lol
